Waste of time ... If an USB adaptor is needed, I would rather continue using Realtek or Ralink USB dongles.
(Espcially that throughput is about 100 times faster then what can be done over serial.)

If it is possible, it would be good for poor people!, i mean you can buy this chip with 3 dollars!,

if it can give internet even with kilobits speed!, it is good enough to get it work!

Realtek or Ralink are expansive wifi usb adaptors compared to this chip

I think less than €2 for a USB-WiFi adapter is pretty cheap (and it's ready to use).
Or if you want a RealTek with external antenna: €2.24
