Thanks for all the help. I will make some minor changes. Unfortunately I'm cycling in Poland for a week, so I need to change as little as possible, so that I can communicate the changes to the guy doing the PCB...

Luckily, GPIO4 and 5 are the next two column drives, so I will swap GPIO16 with GPIO4.
