- Wed Aug 16, 2017 5:53 am #69126 I think you'll find that the RST pin has a weak pull up of the order of 12K. Some modules may also have a capacitor to ground.

The CH/PD enable pin, however, should have an external pull up or be wired to Vd/

During those old days, even a guy complained that just touching the RES pin with a small camera screwdriver was producing random resets.

- Wed Aug 16, 2017 12:22 pm #69142 Internal pullups on port pins are typically between 50k-100k. They are a convenience and you have to evaluate your needs before you rely on using only them.
