I thought there is an internal pullup to GPIO0?

Not in the ESP-12F. There is a 12K in the ESP-12S.

Now this is where it can be confusing. You need to position your cursor in the above text box (normal reply box) and then click Place inline.

Or have it hosted elsewhere and then add it like a normal picture. I now prefer to load them as in the above method since it doesn't rely on external hosting sites.
