It is not crash, it is the standard message after booot at 74880 bauds. But other communications are default running at 115,200 bauds. Your esp8266 has script and realized it.
Change serial monitor speed to 115200 only.

#77242 How long are the connecting wires that you are using? ESP module must be electrically close to the regulator output. Use the shortest wires that you can. Put a capacitor as close to the power and ground pin of the module. Make the leads as short and direct as you can. Try a capacitor of at least 100uF but no higher than 470uF.

You still may have power problems due to inadequate connections. The esp8266 is very demanding as to it's power requirements. Most people are unaware of the sensitivity and what needs to be done to make it work reliably. This is the reason I strongly recommend starting with complete development boards with integrated power supply.

#77245 hi all
I just tried a hi-link hlk-pm03 3.3vdc 3w power supply. no change :(
I do connect the ground of the FTD to the common ground to make the serial connection.
