#80385 Were you guys able to find any thin flexible cable of any sort that could go >250 C ? I saw some that would go to 400 (perfect for my project) but they were neither thin nor flexible. 200 C seems too low for me.

For higher temperature measurements I normally use thermocouples. The following isn't ideal. 5mm probe. Not exactly meat friendly. They say the do customization so maybe they have other options.
