I'm working on a project where the faster boot time of SDKNoWifi will be extremely useful, but unfortunately I have no idea how to actually use it!

I'm using the Arduino IDE to write sketches and upload to a Heltec Wifi Kit8 dev board. I'm totally lost as to how to get this "github" page with a bunch of files to work on a dev board. I dont even know what to google frankly... Anyone have a tutorial I can read?
