#82514 Hi,
I have an Chuango Indoor siren which i took a part, removed the 433 mhz, the leds and the button. I would like to place an ESP01 or simmilar inside the housing, i can see there is 3,7V so maybe i need to lower that a bit but before i get to that how can i drive the piezzo from this alarm ?

I have uploaded few images of the device.

Piezo alarms are usually resonant circuits & you need to be careful how you drive them. It's easy to make a 'beep' as in Quickfix's suggestion but you won't get much noise from it.
I'm not sure why you have 'reverse engineered' the alarm you have? You could probably use it with (eg) Open MQTT Gateway https://github.com/1technophile/OpenMQTTGateway
Or you could buy an alarm sounder which is easy to drive.
