And where is GPIO2? It is also suitable to treat. It is very important. But the value of resistance are not importance. Internal pullup is good, but the external one is assurance.

The drop voltage on your stabilizer LM317 is almost 2V. Your power supply 5 volts has not a large margin for function properly.

I'm using a AMS1117 that as a dropout of 1V so i'm ok

Why do you think that GPIO2 is important? I'm leaving it floating...i don't think that the board checks GPIO2 on boot... what do you think?
