That is a "Free" version of the Design Software which I happen to own* a licence for and what I used for the Devboard.

I signed up and will try to open the Devboard Design in it , if it fails I will 'port' it over to circuitmaker then.

That way everyone is free to do changes to it

Not really me but my friendly Ex-Boss gave me permission to continue use one of the company licences for my hobby stuff as a trade
for doing updates to their existing designs occasionally ...

dirtypcbs.com shipped the boards. I hope they make it out of china before October 1th ( one week National Holiday in China)

Dirtypcbs allready warned customers that shipping will take some extra time , because the china customs inspects every single box at the moment.
The chinese border/customs looks currently like this
