My ESP-201 is not connected to the PC antenna, it is connected to the whip antenna connector just as the O ohms resistor suggests.

Between which points should I check the resistance. Do I have to scratch off the protective film from the pcb antenna?

No, it is just the resistor next to the PCB antenna!
